Optical Illusions

You can check them at yahoo games http://games.yahoo.com/braingames

These 'bugs' seem to be moving, but this is actually a static image. Note that whenever you focus on a particular 'bug,' it seems to stop moving.

This is a cycling image. Focus on the red dot and wait for the image to change to a shot of the beach. It's in black and white, but it will appear to be in color because of the after-image in your eyes!

Scan the negative space in this whimsical illusion by Culpeo. Can you see what's haunting this fox?

This isn't just a picture of two squirrels on a branch. Can you see the hidden image within?

One of the most amazing "fake motion" illusions. Believe it or not, this is a still image!

Scammer Excuses Analyzer: How to smell the aroma of SCAM

How to know if a BUX / PTC site is about to turn into a scam site?

These are the possiblities:

1. Paypal is Limited (Paypal hates Virutal Fund selling and most bux are turning into scam because of Paypal limiting their account and closing it afterwards). According to my source, once Paypal limits a bux owner paypal account, Paypal will ask few information regarding some of the previous transactions (invoice, tracking # etc.) Paypal will also ask you to send some documents that proves the item and website is really yours. Even if you can provide the right and legal documents the chances to lift your account is 10%. 90% they will close it because of security reason as they say.  (Source: Roland Alonzo, a multi-bux owner who experienced this Paypal nightmare)

2. Delayed Payments. Next thing you'll experience are the below reasons.

3. For Sale. There are only few possible reason I can think of; A. Want to escape because he already made a lot money and scared that soon people will start to file a dispute because he knows that 98% of bux site will turn to scam soon. B. To make his members think that there will be a new management soon. C. Losing money. D. Want some more money.
note: It's almost impossble to sell a PTC site, why? it's a lot cheaper to purchased/start your own PTC with license, domain/host. And it's not that hard to get 10,000 to 50,000 members.

4. New Management. Believe it or not, most bux sites that says they have a new management or someone took over the site IS NOT TRUE, like I said, who in the world would buy a site for about $400-$2000 with bad reputation (Most bux for sale have a bad reputation, delayed payments, lots of bugs, lots of disputes, forum is full of spam etc.) What will happen when there's a new management? A. The new admin is taking care of the payment gateways which probably takes about 20-60 minutes (they will say it will be available about 24-72hrs which equivalent to 4-20 days on a PTC time) The fake new Admin is taking his time to deceive its members to avoid disputes and to decrease the 45 days (Days allowed to file a dispute on paypal)

5. Bad Forum Topics/ Forum is full of SPAM/ Full of complaints/The admin is missing/and worst the forum is no longer available.

Will add some more later...
Sorry for my bad English

Scammer Excuses Analyzer: Case # CH001 SynBux

For sure there are tons of Paypal/alertpay dispute against SYNBUX, why? it wasn't paying for few days and it was listed to PTCI as SCAM. Now, the admin made a great strategy on how to make the disputers cancel their disputes and how to prevent more disputes, how to buy more time so the other members who haven't file a dispute yet can no longer file a dispute. Possible ADMIN actions:

1. Redesign his site to make user think that the admin is telling the truth that his bux is under a new management. Will make some member cancel their disputes, some members who are planning to dispute will back out and will never dispute again because of the new design. A member only have 45 days to file a dispute after that you can never file your dispute on paypal.

Now, this is the possible strategy of the admin how to kill those days. (See 2)

2. Schedule a time when you'll re-activate the payment (instant) before that day comes, set required click to cashout into higher value (250)

3. Pay few members so they will post some proof of payment, another step to make disputer thinks that your site is now LEGAL.

New Management SHIT!

Who will buy a site that was labeled on a famous PTC investigator(Ptc-investigation) site as scam? Probably a mindless admin enough reason to leave his site (If there were really a new management)

250 Stupidity

You have to have 250 clicks to cash out. For beginners they have to wait 250 / 6 =  41 days before you can cash out. Even some Upgraded members might not even be able to cash out before their 45 days timeframe for filing a dispute to paypal if they will have to wait to have 250 clicks.

Tatlong bata sa Brgy. Margot, Angeles City, Patay!

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga—Rescuers have retrieved the bodies of three children who died from drowning at a quarry site in Barangay Margot in Angeles City, north of this Pampanga capital, on Wednesday.

Citing a police report, Angeles City Mayor Edgardo Pamintuan identified the fatalities as Mary Grace Salado, 11; her brother Ruzzel John, 9; and Adrian Jerome Suba, 10.

Senior Supt. Rodolfo Recomono, city police director said initial reports showed that the three children “went out for a swim” at a quarry site in Purok 5 at past 2 p.m.

Water at the site, made deep by the extraction of sand, was more than five feet deep, he said.

Village officials cordoned off the area after the bodies of the children were fished out near dusk.

Recomono said investigators were still determining if the quarrying was legal or not.

Under the mining law, permits for quarry sites that span five hectares and less are issued by mayors and those more than five hectares are given by the Mines and Geosciences Bureau of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.

Pamintuan said village officials reported that water pooled at the site due to rains last Tuesday.

Quarrying was active there during the previous administration, the mayor said, adding that under his term, he has not issued any quarry permit in Margot.

ALTERNATIVE NEWS

PAMPANGA, Philippines – Three children were killed after drowning in a quarry in Angeles City, Pampanga on Wednesday.
Reports said the victims were identified as siblings Mary Grace Salado, 11, Russel John Salado, 9, and their friend Adrian Jerome Suba, 10 years old.
The children were swimming with another unidentified Salado sibling when the 3 drowned in Barangay Margot around 2 p.m.
A witness identified as Ricardo Palo was the one who called authorities.
“Nakita ko ‘yung isa sa mga kapatid nila basang basa. Sabi ko ‘Naligo ba kayo?’ Sabi niya oo daw, ‘yung mga kapatid niya nasa tubig pa daw, hindi pa umaahon. Dun na ako humingi ng tulong," Palo said.
Investigations showed that heavy rains since Tuesday filled the 12-foot-deep quarry.
Reports said the excavation was operated by P.m. Mccrann Construction and Trading.
However, barangay officials of Barangay Margot said they were not aware of any excavation projects in the area.
“Wala silang permit dito. Hindi naman namin alam na naghuhukay pala sila dyan,” said Barangay Captain Noemi Ocampo.
Police is investigating the incident to determine who is responsible.
“Maaaring managot ang operator kung may nakitang neglegence sa nangyari,” said Insp. Alfedo Canlas of Angeles Police Station 5. -- Report from Trisha Mostoles, ABS-CBN Pampanga

Pacquiao vs Mosley Result

Pacquiao won again by unanimous decision.

LAS VEGAS — Manny Pacquiao, the fighting Filipino congressman, tried to lay down the law Saturday night against challenger Shane Mosley, a reluctant warrior on this Saturday evening in the desert who mostly refused to engage the world welterweight champion.

Pacquiao, the world's preeminent pound-for-pound pugilist, knocked down Mosley once but he was unable to stop the former champion. Mosley tried to congratulate Pacquiao after the bout but the champion turned his back and walked to his corner.
Before a pro-Pacquiao sellout crowd at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, the goateed ring assassin floored Mosley in the third round with a subtle feint, then firing a right-left combo. Mosley, bleary-eyed on the canvas, rose to his feet but was wobbly as he fended off the champion. Mosley survived the round.
Judges Glenn Trowbridge (119-108), Dave Moretti (120-108 ) and Duane Ford (120-107) scored the fight for Pacquiao.
Pacquiao appeared to get knocked down in the 10th round, but a reply showed Mosley shoved the champion to the canvas.
By the end of the fifth round, Mosley's face was puffy and red from Pacquiao's consistent jab.
Mosley, when he wasn't cautiously retreating, tried to jab his way in, but rarely used a lead right hand, a prime punch against a southpaw. The earlier knockdown put Mosley on the defensive.
By the end of the seventh round, the crowd booed, wanting more exchanges between the fighters. Several times, their heads clashed during exchanges, leading to warnings from referee Kenny Bayless.
Earlier in the day, a vehicle Pacquiao was riding in was struck by his camp's security vehicle as the champion was returning from a church service at Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino, where the fighter is staying. Pacquiao was shaken but unharmed, according to his camp.
Pacquiao was making his first ring appearance in the desert gambling mecca since 2009. Pacquiao's last two fights, in 2010, were held at Cowboys Stadium in Dallas. He has said he plans to retire in 2013.
In the meantime, Top Rank promoter Bob Arum will continue to try to arrange one of the biggest battles in boxing history: Pacquiao versus undefeated Floyd Mayweather Jr., the slick boxer whose once-glowing career has been derailed by legal, financial and personal issues.
Of a possible super-fight with Mayweather, Pacquiao said following the bout, "If it never happened, I wouldn't lose a minute's sleep."
Pacquiao (52-3-2, 38 KOs) won his 147-pound title in 2009 when he knocked out four-time world champion Miguel Cotto. His remarkable ring history includes eight world titles in as many weight divisions. He has not lost since Erik Morales defeated him in a 12-round decision in 2005, winning (13) consecutive bouts. Pacquiao turned pro at 106 pounds in 1995.
Mosley (46-6-1, 39 KOs) came into the championship contest with a 15-5 record in world title bouts, including 12 knockouts. He is a four-time world champion in three different weight classes, including two victories against Oscar de la Hoya.
Mosley has not won since 2009 when he stopped Antonio Margarito in nine rounds in Los Angeles to capture one alphabet version of the welterweight crown. He dropped a 12-round decision to Mayweather in Las Vegas last May and his fight against Sergio Mora ended in a disputed draw four months later in Los Angeles.
On the undercard, Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. (20-1-1) of Puerto Rico lost his junior featherweight title when Jorge Arce (57-6-2) of Mexico stopped him the 12th round. Vasquez's corner threw a water bottle into the ring to halt the action as referee Joe Cortez watched the challenger mercilessly hammer the former champion.
Earlier, former world middleweight champion Kelly Pavlik (36-2, 32 KOs) of Youngstown, Ohio, scored a majority 12-round decision against Alfonso Lopez (21-0, 16 KOs) from Cut and Shoot, Texas.

Bin Laden is dead?

According to wikipedia:

Operation Geronimo[1] was the code name of a military operation by the United States that resulted in the death of Osama bin Laden on May 2, 2011, around 01:00 Pakistan Standard Time (May 1, 20:00 UTC, 16:00 EDT/13:00 PDT), in a raid by United States special forces troops on his residence in Pakistan. His death was officially announced by U.S. President Barack Obama on May 2 at 3:35 UTC (May 1, 23:35 EDT/20:35 PDT).[2]
United States Armed Forces shot and killed bin Laden after a firefight at the start of the 40-minute operation,[3][4] in Abbottābad,[5] a town 32 miles (51 km) north of the Pakistani capital Islamabad; they then seized his body before burying it at sea.[6][7][8]
The operation was carried out by members of the United States Navy SEALs from the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU),[9]informally referred to as SEAL Team Six,[10] under the command of the Joint Special Operations Command, in conjunction with U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) operatives.
A trail of evidence that originated from al-Qaeda detainees led to the careful monitoring of a compound suspected to be bin Laden's Pakistani residence. Eventually, US military forces were sent across the border of Afghanistan to launch the attack.[11] The body was recovered by the U.S. military and kept in its possession.[11][12]
The killing of bin Laden received a favorable reaction in the United States and was welcomed by Ban Ki-moonSecretary-General of the United Nations,[13] NATO, the European Union, and a large number of countries as a positive and significant turning point for global security and theWar on Terror.

Execution of the operation

This diagram of Osama bin Laden's hideout shows the high concrete walls that surrounded the compound
The raid was carried out jointly by 20 to 25 helicopter-borne United States Navy SEALs from the United States Naval Special Warfare Development Group(DEVGRU) under the command of the Joint Special Operations Command in cooperation with the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Additional personnel on the mission included "tactical signals, intelligence collectors, and navigators using highly classified hyperspectral imagers."[27] According to The New York Times, "79 commandos and a dog were involved."[58]
The SEALs flew into Pakistan from Afghanistan and were transported to the compound in Black Hawk helicopters (Sikorsky HH-60 Pave Hawk) that took off from Ghazi Airbase in northwest Pakistan.[27][59] Four helicopters were provided by the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, two of which were intended to be backups.[60][50] The raid was scheduled for a time with little moon luminosity so the helicopters could enter Pakistan "low to the ground and undetected."[61]
Two helicopters carrying the primary assault team hovered over the compound and the SEALs fast-roped to the ground.[citation needed] One of the helicopters stalled, perhaps from its own prop wash, and was forced to make an emergency landing in the compound. At approximately 1 a.m. local time (20:00, May 1 UTC)[62][63], the compound's guards opened fire as the SEALS attacked the compound's structures[64].
The SEALs neutralized the compound's guards, then cleared the main building room-to-room.[65] Osama bin Laden, found in his third-floor quarters, where he had been sleeping[66], was shot twice, once in the head, and once in the chest, reportedly while trying to use one of his wives as a human shield.[67][68][69][70] The National Journal reported somewhat contradictory information that he was "done in by a double tap—boom, boom—to the left side of his face."[27][71] "The encounter with bin Laden lasted only seconds," according to Politico.[72]
Three other men present at the compound were also reportedly killed in the operation, including bin Laden's adult son Khaled, the courier and the courier's brother.[73] Also killed was a woman, Amal al Ahmed Sadah, reportedly bin Laden's fourth wife.[74][75] Two other women were injured.[76] Approximately 22 people in total were either killed or captured at the compound.[27] Those captured were left behind to be detained by Pakistani authorities.[77]
The raid was intended to take 30 minutes, all told the team was in and out out of the compound in 38 minutes[78], most of which was spent scrubbing the compound for information.[79] U.S. personnel removed computer hard drives, documents, DVDs, thumb drives and "electronic equipment" from the compound for later analysis.[77][80]
The helicopter that had made the emergency landing was damaged[50] and could not fly the team out. It was consequently destroyed to safeguard its classified equipment; U.S. forces "improvise[d] by packing the helicopter with explosives and blowing it up."[81][17] The assault team "called in one of two backup [helicopters]" to ferry them back to their base.[19]
The SEAL team helicopters were supported by multiple other aircraft, including fixed-wing fighter jets and drones. According to CNN, "The Air Force also had a full team of combat search-and-rescue helicopters including MH-53 Pave Low and HH-60 Pave Hawk helicopters."[82] The team that conducted the raid left the compound at approximately 4:15 p.m. ET[83] and landed back in Afghanistan at around 5:45 p.m ET (9:45 UTC).[50]

Dexter Season 6

Just finished watching Dexter Season 5, Now, Where is season 6? I think I may have to wait for a few months to see more of Dexter. I was really happy when Rita died, but got sad when Lumen left Dexter.
