You're waking up for your boss!

Wala kang choice ngayong araw na ito, kundi gumising ng maaga. Bakit? Para magtrabaho. I know how you hate to wake up that early, galing na ako diyan, ang hirap kayang gumising ng maaga, ang sarap matulog. Pero eto ang mas mahirap at masakit, gumigising ka ng maaga para may makain ka at somehow makaraos ka sa pamamagitan ng pagtatrabaho ng walong oras sa isang araw. Enjoy ba? Tuwang tuwa ka ba na napepressure ka tuwing alam mong malelate ka? Nakakatuwa ba na sa pagsakay mo ng jeep kalahating pwet lang ang nakaupo, nagtiyaga ka para lang makarating ka ng maaga. Kailangan mo ang trabaho mo, dahil ito ang ikinabubuhay mo, PERO, kailangan ka ba talaga ng EMPLOYER o BOSS mo? Maybe, or maybe not. Dahil he can always find someone who is better than you, faster than you, younger than you and maybe cheaper than you. Why ulit? Kapag matagal ka na sa trabaho for sure regular ka na at medyo mataas ang sahod mo kaysa sa noong nagsisimula ka pa lang di ba? Now, if your boss decided to cut off his expences, ang dali lang. Hanap siya ng bagong applicant at ipapalit niya sa iyo and guess what? Mas magaling for sure ang ipapalit sa iyo at mas mura siya kaysa sayo, kasi nga naman bago pa lang siya at CASUAL pa lang. Unfair ba? tama lang iyan, iyan ang batas ng mundo natin ngayon pagdating sa pagiging empleyado.
