Ultimong gatas para sa mga anak kong kambal ay uutangin pa. Diaper, kailangan pang magsangla ng kung ano ano. Sure na ang kita ko niyan, 15 at 30 ng buwan. Pinasok ko ang MLM habang nasa trabaho pa ako at pang-ilan buwan ko pa lang sa MLM Marketing ay nakabili na ako ng mga gamit na kailanman ay hindi ko mabibili kung mananatili akong empleyado, ilang buwan ko palang sa MLM pero nabayaran ko na ang mga utang ko sa trabaho at marami na rin akong naipundar na mga gamit. Samantalang sa pagiging empleyado ko ay pinoproblema ko pa lahat ng gastusin. Totoo rin na kapag kapos ka sa pinansiyal ay madaling uminit ang iyong ulo at madaling makapagsalita ng mga bagay na di mo sinasadya. Noon, ayaw na ayaw kong pag-usapan ang usapang pera. Nang pasukin ko ang mundo ng Networking, Gustong gusto kong magplano at ayusin ang mga problemang pang pinansiyal. Tanging ang BOSS ko lamang ang yayaman sa aking pagtatrabaho kung mananatili akong empleyado. Totoong mas maganda ang may trabaho kaysa sa wala, pero isa-isip rin na ang pagtatrabaho ay napakaliit lang ng tsansa para magkaroon ka ng maginhawa at kontentong buhay at lumaya sa pinansiyal na problema, aasenso ka lang sa trabaho kung nakakaTIPID ka, Nakaka-ipon ka,  nagbabudget ka at mamumuhunan ka. Paano kung mismong sahod mo ay di pa rin sapat? paano mo magagawa ang mga bagay na ito? Karamihan sa mga Pinoy ay imbes na matuwa tuwing araw ng sahod, sila ay namroroblema at nagrereklamo, iyan ang napansin ko sa trabaho ko dati at sa pagsakay sa jeep habang naririnig ang mga kasakay na empleyado sa ibang kumpanya na nagrereklamo at pinag-uusapan ang utang. Isipin mo ba namang mga call center agents na nasasabi pa nilang "wala na akong pera!" iyan ang narinig ko nung isang araw pagsakay ng jeep. Kung iisipin mas mataas ang sahod ng mga Agents kumpara sa mga regular na manggagawa lamang.

Masipag, susi nga ba?


Oo, susi ang kasipagan kung alam mo itong gamitin. Pero kung hindi, mananatili kang masipag na naghihirap habang buhay. Ang magbabalot ba masipag? Mayaman ba siya? Ilang taon mo na bang nakikita ang magbabalot sa lugar niyo? Magbabalot pa rin ba? Nagtitinda ng Sigarilyo sa kalye, o mas kilala bilang "Takatak" sa Pampanga, Masibag di ba? may yumaman ba na nagtitinda lang ng sigarilyo? Construction Worker? Masipag? Oo siyempre, ilang taon ng construction worker ang tatay ko pero construction worker pa rin siya, gayunpaman naitaguyod niya kami hanggang sa lumaki ng maayos at malusog. Pero, mananatili na lang ba kami na TAMA o sakto lang ang kabuhayan? Hindi dapat. Kaya narito ako at naghahanap ng paraan para  paglaki ng mga anak ko ay hindi na nila kailangang maghirap at maging empleyado, gusto ko silang matuto bilang mga Negosyante. Mag-aaral sila hindi para magkaroon ng magandang posisyon sa isang kumpanya, gusto silang mag-aral para magkaroon sila ng SARILI nilang KUMPANYA. Sabi ng iba, ok lang na magtrabaho ng magtrabaho basta sa malinis na paraan. Hindi ba't pwede rin namang Magnegosyo ng magnegosyo sa malinis na paraan?

Ok na ako sa buhay na ganito ayaw ko namang yumaman!


Hipokrito ang taong nagsabing ayaw niyang yumaman lalo na kung nakikita mo siyang nakapila sa mga Lotto outlet. Ang dami kong nakatrabaho na nagsasabing kuntento na sila sa buhay nila na ganoon, pero nakikita ko rin silang tumataya ng Jueteng at Lotto, may kontento bang umaasa sa Jueteng at Lotto? Lahat ng may problemang pinansiyal ay HINDI OK!

Malaki nga ang sahod may natatabi ba?


Kahit gaano pa kalaki ang sahod mo, kung ang gastos mo ay halos pareho lang sa sahod, wala rin! Kahit gaano kalaki ang sahod mo kung wala ka namang savings, wala rin!
Si Juan ay sumasahod ng 60,000 a month pero walang naitatabi. Habang si Pedro ay sumasahod lamang ng 8,000 a month pero nakakapagtabi ng 750 monthly at dinedeposit niya ito sa bangko, mas malaki ang tsansa na umasenso si Pedro kaysa kay Juan. Sa mentalidad pa lamang ay kitang kita na. Hindi sapat ang pagiging matipid kung wala ka namang naitatabi. May silbi lamang ang pagtitipid kung ang dahilan mo ay pag-iipon para pagdating ng araw ay makapamuhunan ka. Mag-ipon para sa iyong pagtanda. Isa-isip ang iyong pagtanda para pag-matanda ka na hindi mo na kailangang umasa sa mga anak mo at mahal sa buhay, ikaw mismo ay kaya mong sustentuhan ang sarili mo.

Bayaran mo muna ang iyong sarili!


Paano ka ba makakapagtabi ng pera kung ang sarili mo ay di mo kayang bayaran? Ganito ang mas magandang gawin. Kung ang utang mo sa iba ay nababayaran mo, utangin mo ang iyong sarili pero 'wag mong kukunin sarili mong pera. Kunwari may utang kang 1,000 sa sarili mo at ang paraan lamang para bayaran ito ay magbukas ka ng Savings account at doon mo ideposit. Kada-sahod bayaran mo ang sarili mo ng 500 (Kung kinsenas ka nagsasahod). Maghanap ng bangko na may mataas na offer sa compound interest. Kung ang makita mo ay nangangailangan ng 2000 initial deposit at magsesave ka ng 1000 kada buwan at may annual interest na 3%, sa loob ng 15 years ay may Php230,107.55 ka. Kung di ka magsesave sa palagay mo after 15 years may ganyang halaga ka? Kung 20 years naman ay Php331,943.5 o di ba? 20 years kang magtatrabaho at biglang magreretiro matatanggap mo ba ang ganyang kalaking pera? Php331,943.5 kaya mo nang buhayin ang sarili mo nang hindi umaasa sa mga anak mo.

Why did I Joined some MLM and Network Marketing instead of finding a job? Why not?

Around 80-90% sa mga Pinoy kapag tinanong mo kung ano ang Networking, ang kadalasang sagot ay dalawa. "Scam" o "Pyramiding", Yes may mga nagsasara at naluluging mga networking, kagaya rin ng mga ordinaryong restaurants, tindahan at banko. Pero bakit iba ang tawag natin sa mga nagsarang tindahan, restaurants at banko, Bankrupt or Out of business, kapag naman ang Networking ang nagsara ang tawag natin ay SCAM. Bakit? May involve na pera? sa banko bang nagsara wala? I'm sure na kahit ang owner ng nagsarang Network ay hindi gusto na magsara at wala siyang intention na isara ang kanyang kumpanya, madalas na dahilan ay nalulugi sila.

Paano malalaman kung ang isang Networking ay Scam?

- Walang Produkto

- Walang Permit o di naka-register sa DTI at SEC

- Walang Opisina o Main Office

- Pyramid scheme ang gamit na Systema

- At marami pang iba para malaman (Magresearch sa internet or kumunsulta sa Gobyerno)

Madalas ang mga taong nagsasabi na SCAM ang networking ay mga taong pumalpak dito o mga taong naniniwala sa sabi sabi. Kapag tinanong mo kung bakit sa palagay nila na ang networking ay scam ang madalas na sagot ay;

- Kukunin lang nila ang pera mo, di ka naman kikita diyan.

- Kita naman na ang structure ng system nila ay pa-triangle eh.

- Yung mga una lang ang yayaman diyan, yung nasa baba hindi na.

- Yun ang sabi ni ano na ka ano ano ni ano na inano ni ano.

Walang malinaw na sagot, kumbaga madalas narinig lang sa iba. Totoong may Pyramid Scheme, gayunpaman ang mga taong nagsasabi na ang mga networking ay pyramiding, silang nagsasabi mismo ay hindi naman naintindihan kung paano naging scam o impossible to earn ang Pyramid Scheme. Paano nga ba ang pyramid scheme?

Pansinin ang AVON, Boardwalk at ang ibang kagaya ng mga ito, ang daming kumikita rito sa pamamagitan lang ng pagbebenta lang. Kung ang networking na sinalihan mo ay may produkto namang gamitin sa pang-araw araw na buhay o kahit buwanang gamit, or produktong may pangalan na at mabisa ang epekto. Makakabenta ka rin kahit wala kang mga DOWNLINES.

How to know if a BUX / PTC site is about to turn into a scam site?

These are the possiblities:

1. Paypal is Limited (Paypal hates Virutal Fund selling and most bux are turning into scam because of Paypal limiting their account and closing it afterwards). According to my source, once Paypal limits a bux owner paypal account, Paypal will ask few information regarding some of the previous transactions (invoice, tracking # etc.) Paypal will also ask you to send some documents that proves the item and website is really yours. Even if you can provide the right and legal documents the chances to lift your account is 10%. 90% they will close it because of security reason as they say.  (Source: Roland Alonzo, a multi-bux owner who experienced this Paypal nightmare)

2. Delayed Payments. Next thing you'll experience are the below reasons.

3. For Sale. There are only few possible reason I can think of; A. Want to escape because he already made a lot money and scared that soon people will start to file a dispute because he knows that 98% of bux site will turn to scam soon. B. To make his members think that there will be a new management soon. C. Losing money. D. Want some more money.
 note: It's almost impossble to sell a PTC site, why? it's a lot cheaper to purchased/start your own PTC with license, domain/host. And it's not that hard to get 10,000 to 50,000 members.

4. New Management. Believe it or not, most bux sites that says they have a new management or someone took over the site IS NOT TRUE, like I said, who in the world would buy a site for about $400-$2000 with bad reputation (Most bux for sale have a bad reputation, delayed payments, lots of bugs, lots of disputes, forum is full of spam etc.) What will happen when there's a new management? A. The new admin is taking care of the payment gateways which probably takes about 20-60 minutes (they will say it will be available about 24-72hrs which equivalent to 4-20 days on a PTC time) The fake new Admin is taking his time to deceive its members to avoid disputes and to decrease the 45 days (Days allowed to file a dispute on paypal)

5. Bad Forum Topics/ Forum is full of SPAM/ Full of complaints/The admin is missing/and worst the forum is no longer available.

Scammer Excuses Analyzer: Case # CH001 SynBux

For sure there are tons of Paypal/alertpay dispute against SYNBUX, why? it wasn't paying for few days and it was listed to PTCI as SCAM. Now, the admin made a great strategy on how to make the disputers cancel their disputes and how to prevent more disputes, how to buy more time so the other members who haven't file a dispute yet can no longer file a dispute. Possible ADMIN actions:

1. Redesign his site to make user think that the admin is telling the truth that his bux is under a new management. Will make some member cancel their disputes, some members who are planning to dispute will back out and will never dispute again because of the new design. A member only have 45 days to file a dispute after that you can never file your dispute on paypal.

Now, this is the possible strategy of the admin how to kill those days. (See 2)


2. Schedule a time when you'll re-activate the payment (instant) before that day comes, set required click to cashout into higher value (250)

3. Pay few members so they will post some proof of payment, another step to make disputer thinks that your site is now LEGAL.

Who will buy a site that was labeled on a famous PTC investigator(Ptc-investigation) site as scam? Probably a mindless admin enough reason to leave his site (If there were really a new management)

250 Stupidity

You have to have 250 clicks to cash out. For beginners they have to wait 250 / 6 =  41 days before you can cash out. Even some Upgraded members might not even be able to cash out before their 45 days timeframe for filing a dispute to paypal if they will have to wait to have 250 clicks.

Tatlong bata sa Brgy. Margot, Angeles City, Patay!

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga—Rescuers have retrieved the bodies of three children who died from drowning at a quarry site in Barangay Margot in Angeles City, north of this Pampanga capital, on Wednesday.

Citing a police report, Angeles City Mayor Edgardo Pamintuan identified the fatalities as Mary Grace Salado, 11; her brother Ruzzel John, 9; and Adrian Jerome Suba, 10.

Senior Supt. Rodolfo Recomono, city police director said initial reports showed that the three children “went out for a swim” at a quarry site in Purok 5 at past 2 p.m.

Water at the site, made deep by the extraction of sand, was more than five feet deep, he said.

Village officials cordoned off the area after the bodies of the children were fished out near dusk.

Recomono said investigators were still determining if the quarrying was legal or not.

Under the mining law, permits for quarry sites that span five hectares and less are issued by mayors and those more than five hectares are given by the Mines and Geosciences Bureau of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.

Pamintuan said village officials reported that water pooled at the site due to rains last Tuesday.

Quarrying was active there during the previous administration, the mayor said, adding that under his term, he has not issued any quarry permit in Margot.

PAMPANGA, Philippines – Three children were killed after drowning in a quarry in Angeles City, Pampanga on Wednesday.

Reports said the victims were identified as siblings Mary Grace Salado, 11, Russel John Salado, 9, and their friend Adrian Jerome Suba, 10 years old.

The children were swimming with another unidentified Salado sibling when the 3 drowned in Barangay Margot around 2 p.m.

A witness identified as Ricardo Palo was the one who called authorities.

“Nakita ko ‘yung isa sa mga kapatid nila basang basa. Sabi ko ‘Naligo ba kayo?’ Sabi niya oo daw, ‘yung mga kapatid niya nasa tubig pa daw, hindi pa umaahon. Dun na ako humingi ng tulong," Palo said.

Investigations showed that heavy rains since Tuesday filled the 12-foot-deep quarry.

Reports said the excavation was operated by P.m. Mccrann Construction and Trading.

However, barangay officials of Barangay Margot said they were not aware of any excavation projects in the area.

“Wala silang permit dito. Hindi naman namin alam na naghuhukay pala sila dyan,” said Barangay Captain Noemi Ocampo.

Police is investigating the incident to determine who is responsible.
