Sa ginagawa ng driver na ito, kung makikilala ko man ang anak niya at makikita, ang unang papasok sa isip ko ay ang mga reklamo ng tatay na ito. I mean, what's the point na siraan mo ang miyembro ng pamilya mo sa maraming tao, kapag nakita nila ang siniraan mo ano ang mararamdaman o impression ng makakakita? "Ang taong iyan ay tamad at palamunin lang" gusto ba ng tatay na ito na negative ang tingin ng mga tao sa anak niya? Walang saysay ang pagrereklamo mo sa tao kung sa iba mo naman ito sinasabi, ano ba ang magagawa ng pagsasabihan mo? Siya ba ang makakapagsolusyon sa nirereklamo mo? Ang anak niya ang pinoproblema niya pero sinasabi niya sa kaibigan niya na puro reklamo rin. Matatapos ang usapin nila na walang solusyon ang magaganap, kundi puro kasiraan ng mga nadamay na tao. Base sa aking pagsusuri, ginawa nila ang walang kuwentang pagrereklamo na iyon for the sake na may mapagkuwentuhan lang.

Minsan kakareklamo natin, hindi natin alam na nasisira na pala ang mga taong nadadamay sa reklamong walang kakwenta kwenta. Bago magreklamo at magkalat ng kung ano ano, isipin mo muna ito:

1. Ano ang point ko sa pagrereklamong ito?
2. May madadamay bang mga tao?
3. Kapag natapos ang usaping ito, may mapapala ba ako? Masosolusyunan ba ang problema ko sa taong nirereklamo ko?
4. Makatarungan ba na pag-usapan ang mga negative na ugali ng isang tao habang wala siya?
5. Sino ba ang mas masama? Ang taong pinag-uusapan habang nakatalikod o ang taong nagkakalat ng kung ano ano sa kanya.

As a Christian, I believe na ang pakikialam o paglabag sa batas ng Diyos ay masama. When we say Batas, lahat ng batas niya. Now, let’s talk about PAGPIGIL sa BUHAY ng TAO at pag-CONTROL sa populasyon, but before that, itatanong ko muna ang mga ito:

So let’s go back sa Plano ng DIYOS, since naniniwala ka na HINDI mababago ng TAO ang PLANO ng DIYOS. Why bother? Instead na magsakripisyo ka para makigulo sa mga nagwewelga at nagsspray ng mga kung ano ano sa mga ding ding at pagdidikit ng mga poster sa kalsada laban sa RH Bill, Why not, Spread the WORD of GOD and talks more about JESUS? Am I saying na hayaan na lang silang ipasa ang batas na ito? Ang daming kumontra, ang daming nagwelga, may nangyari ba? May nagbago ba sa desisyon nila? Again, Christian tayo di ba? did we forget the power of PRAYER? Why not pray about it? Isn't Prayer can even move mountains if we have enough FAITH? Bakit hindi na lang magfocus sa tunay na katotohanan? Kung magagawa niyong Christian ang maraming tao, mga tunay na Christian, ano ano ba ang mga maiiwasan nilang kasalanan? Palagay niyo coveered ba diyan ang Pre-marital Sex? Maybe mas maganda ang Mundo kung focus na lang siguro ang mga simbahan sa pagpipreach ng Salita ng Diyos at maparami ang mga Desipulo ng katotohanan.

Is God Behind it?

6 Months ago I pawned my Lenovo laptop. Tinanong ko sa PG Pawnshop kung magkano, they said P3,000, so lumipat ako ng RPM Pawnshop, kinuha nila ng P4,500. That was 6 months ago, what do you expect if you're going to pawn it again? Maybe kung sa PG dati ay P3000 lang nilang kukunin, ngayon siguro ay P2000 na lang or less. While sa RPM ay P3000 na lang. Bumababa kasi ang value nila, sa cellphone nga, ilang weeks lang ang bilis mabawasan ng value sa mga pawnshop. So, I need atleast P5,000 today. Dinala ko ito sa  RPM and I expect na ang sasabihin nila ay P3000, I'm ready naman kung ganoon ang offer. Guess what? di na daw nila makukuha dahil sa napakaliit na damage sa likod. Too bad. Now, my other option is atleast i-try sa PG Pawnshop, I was with my son Philip by the way. Naglalakad sa ilalim ng mainit na araw papuntang PG. Chineck ng babae (getting nervous baka mapansin nila ang damage na napansin nung sa RPM), pinacheck nung babae sa loob, nang lumabas, I was ready to get the laptop back at umuwi na lang, a miracle or weird thing happen, the girl said, P5000. I doubled check, kano ulit? P5000. Cool! Did God just gave what I need? or It is all just a coincidence? I believe it was God.  

Wala sa Marketing Plan Iyan

Naniniwala rin naman ako na wala sa Marketing Plan ang iyong success, nasa iyo mismo, ikaw ang gagawa ng resulta mo. But consider this example:

Si Juan at si Pedro ay parehong maghuhukay para makapagtayo ng isang pundasyon sa gagawin nilang building, same ang gagamitin nilang pang-hukay, parehong makina. They both know HOW to drill (In MLM they already know HOW to do the business). Si Juan ang gamit niyang driller ay Brand New, while si Pedro ay Brand New rin, ang pagkakaiba lang ay ang TATAK at bilis ng makinang gagamitin nila, let’say ang gamit ni Juan ay BRANDED at subok na matibay, while si Pedro ay gawa ng mumurahing Company. They can both drill but sino ang mas mabilis na makahukay? Aling makina ang tatagal?

Point:

In MLM, marami ang nagsasabi na ang BIG WHY ay hindi sapat, kailangang you know How to do the business rin. I agree. If you have a Big WHY and you know HOW, sure ang success! But how fast? If you remember na kumita ako dati sa internet at nakapagpatayo ng internet shop, nagpagawa rin akong dalawang fishball cart at kumuha ng magtitinda para dito, isa sa mga nagtinda ko ay nasa kulungan na ngayon, isa siya sa mga matalik kong kaibigan na halos lahat ng tao ay ayaw sa kanya and against sila sa pagkakaibigan namin, dahil sa kilala siya bilang labas pasok sa kulungan, magnanakaw daw siya, sa paningin nila, sa paningin ko isa siyang tao na kailangan rin ng kaibigan at kung iisipin sa lahat ng mga naging kaibigan ko, siya ang totoong may pakialam sa akin at may concern, If I’m a millionaire, kaya kong iwan ang bahay sa kanya na nakabukas ang maleta na may isang milyong piso, ganoon ako katiwala sa kanya. Yes, I admit na naging thief siya, but that doesn’t mean na thief na siya forever, I don’t judge him, ang tingin ko sa kanya ay kapantay lang ng tingin ko sa mga taong banal ang imahe sa kapwa nila tao. And besides lahat naman tayo naging thief, if you’re an employee and reading this and you’re not supposed to browse on the internet while working, guess what? You’re a thief too, you’re stealing some time, and stealing is stealing, sin is a sin. There is no small and big sin, stealing a 25 centavo and stealing a million has no difference. Pero ulit, nasa attitude yan, doon tumitingin si God. That’s just the summary of my first fishball vendor. Now, let’s talk about the other vendor. Noong una, malaki ang kinikita niya, malaki rin ang commision niya. Then, after a few weeks, akala ko HIT ko na ito sa fishball business, nagsimula siyang malugi, laging kulang ang mga benta niya at ang lugi niya ay mas malaki pa sa dapat na maging commision niya, kalmado lang ako kapag kausap siya, although not happy about it, I still give him atleast P200.00 kahit lugi ako just to pay his effort. Now, naging araw araw ay ganyan, I’m not earning anymore, siya na lang ang kumikita. Okay pa rin, still giving him a chance. One night nagtext siya, pahinga na daw muna siya. Ayaw na niya. 2-3 days later (di ko maalala). Naglilinis na siya ng sarili niyang kawali, nabalitaan ko na nagpapagawa na siya ng sarili niyang pisbolan, nalulugi at hindi kumikita ang binabalita niya sa mga tao, at maliit daw akong mamigay ng commision, (P300-P400) noon di pa siya nalulugi, and I earn about P100-200 lang, kapag nalugi siya wala pa ako, sayang ang effort ko na pagluluto ng sauce at pamamalengke. Sa lahat ng hindi kumikita siya lang ang nakapagpatayo ng sarili niyang negosyo and I’m furious. Galit na galit ako, pero right niya yon, although there rumors na kumukuha siya ng mga extra fishball sa bahay na patago, hindi ko siya kinonfront para sa isang away. What I did is wait for him na makapagtinda ng pansarili and planuhin na ibagsak siya. All I want is for him to fail. I wanted to punch him, beat him and burn his fishball cart pero di ko magawa. Few months later, ako bumagsak, wala ng nagtitinda sa dalawa kong cart. Pinarent ko na lang, and unfortunately mahina na daw dahil bigla na lang dumami ang mga nagtitinda, until na huminto na ang mga nagrerent at binenta ko na ang fishball cart kong isa. Then one day, bigla kong nabalitaan na ang dati kong vendor, ay nalulugi na, bigla na lang siyang huminto, nagtago dahil sa utang. I should be happy dahil yon ang gusto kong makita, ang bumagsak siya, pero hindi ko naramdaman iyon. Ang naramdaman ko ay kalungkutan and I even wanted to cry for him. One thing I realized, that guys has no mother and father, although may kapatid siya, he’s lonely, iyon lang ang ikabubuhay niya, and bagsak na siya at may utang pa, I even felt guilty na ako ang dahilan kasi kung bakit nasa sitwasyon siya ngayon, kung hindi ko siya kinuha na magtitinda, edi sana nananatili siyang basurero ngayon at hindi nagtatago, kaysa naman ngayon ay wanted siya sa mga pinagkakautangan niya. So, totoo pala na BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR. Hindi rin masaya kung ang ninanais mo ay para sa ikababagsak ng isang tao. I wish he could find a better job na ika-aasenso niya. Kung umasenso sana siya sa pagpifishball, somehow although I know he will not admit it, nasa subconcious niya na umasenso siya dahil sa aking tulong.

Network Marketing is a process. If you talk to people, some will be interested in looking at EPXbody, some won't. Of those who do take a look, some will join, some will not.

J.K. Rowling, author of the Harry Potter books, is certainly a prime example of success and accomplishment.

Her Commencement Address at Harvard University, June 5, 2008, she reminds us that achievement is not a singular event or a linear progression.

Here is an excerpt from the transcript, from the Harvard Magazine article “The Fringe Benefits of Failure, and the Importance of Imagination”.

Ultimately, we all have to decide for ourselves what constitutes failure, but the world is quite eager to give you a set of criteria if you let it. So I think it fair to say that by any conventional measure, a mere seven years after my graduation day, I had failed on an epic scale.

An exceptionally short-lived marriage had imploded, and I was jobless, a lone parent, and as poor as it is possible to be in modern Britain, without being homeless. The fears that my parents had had for me, and that I had had for myself, had both come to pass, and by every usual standard, I was the biggest failure I knew.

Now, I am not going to stand here and tell you that failure is fun.

That period of my life was a dark one, and I had no idea that there was going to be what the press has since represented as a kind of fairy tale resolution. I had no idea then how far the tunnel extended, and for a long time, any light at the end of it was a hope rather than a reality.

So why do I talk about the benefits of failure? Simply because failure meant a stripping away of the inessential. I stopped pretending to myself that I was anything other than what I was, and began to direct all my energy into finishing the only work that mattered to me.

Had I really succeeded at anything else, I might never have found the determination to succeed in the one arena I believed I truly belonged. I was set free, because my greatest fear had been realized, and I was still alive, and I still had a daughter whom I adored, and I had an old typewriter and a big idea. And so rock bottom became the solid foundation on which I rebuilt my life.

You might never fail on the scale I did, but some failure in life is inevitable. It is impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all – in which case, you fail by default.

Failure gave me an inner security that I had never attained by passing examinations. Failure taught me things about myself that I could have learned no other way. I discovered that I had a strong will, and more discipline than I had suspected; I also found out that I had friends whose value was truly above the price of rubies.

The knowledge that you have emerged wiser and stronger from setbacks means that you are, ever after, secure in your ability to survive. You will never truly know yourself, or the strength of your relationships, until both have been tested by adversity.

Such knowledge is a true gift, for all that it is painfully won, and it has been worth more than any qualification I ever earned.
